PCI DSS v4.0.1 Attestation of Compliance
On October 27, 2025, Updater completed an independent PCI DSS v4.0.1 assessment and received an Attestation of Compliance (AoC). This confirms our controls and cardholder data environment meet the current PCI standard.
You can see our PCI status in the Compliance section of the Trust Center. If you need the AoC, request access and you’ll be able to download it right away once the NDA is in place.
SOC 2 Type I Attestation
Updater is proud to announce the successful completion of our SOC 2 Type I attestation. This independent audit, conducted by leading compliance firm Schellman, evaluated the design and implementation of our security controls, policies, and procedures against the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria for Security.
This milestone demonstrates that Updater has established expected security controls and processes, and that those controls have been independently validated as of a specific point in time.
Achieving a SOC 2 Type I Report reinforces our ongoing commitment to compliance, transparency, trust, and operational excellence as we continue to support the multifamily industry with secure, scalable solutions.
